Lemon Chicken and Broccoli

4 cups broccoli florets (use fresh)
6 lbs. skinless chicken thighs
4T butter
3 cups chicken broth (all natural, low / no sodium)
juice of 2 lemons
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In 2 9x13 baking dishes melt butter by
placing in preheated oven for a few minutes. Add the chicken and broccoli in
even amounts to both baking dishes. Add chicken broth and then lemon juice.
Bake 35-40 minutes uncovered.
