Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken
Sandwich Marinated in Knorr® Lemon & Black Pepper Marinade with Lemon Juice
(serves 4)

Cook Time: 15 to 20 minutes
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Knorr® Lemon & Black Pepper Marinade with Lemon
Juice
1 avocado, pitted and sliced
1 seedless cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella
cheese
4 crusty French rolls
In large resealable plastic food storage bag, combine
chicken and 3/4 cup Lemon & Black Pepper Marinade. Marinate 30 minutes in
the refrigerator. Remove chicken and discard marinade. Grill chicken,
basting often with remaining marinade, until no longer pink inside and
juices run clear. Do not baste in last 5 minutes of cooking. Layer avocado,
cucumber and Mozzarella cheese on French rolls. Add one chicken breast to
each half roll and top with remaining roll half.
