Apple Grilled Pork Chops with
Tangy Horseradish Sauce
4 pork loin chops 11/4" thick
Marinade
1 Cup apple juice
1 tsp. sage
1 clove garlic
Trim fat from meat. Place in a shallow bowl and marinate in the
refrigerator covered 2-4 hours.
Grilling
Heat grill on medium. Place meat directly on rack above flame
and keep lid open. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the juices run clear
turning once halfway through.
Horseradish sauce
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1. In a small saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour,
salt and pepper. Stir in milk all at once. Cook while stirring
until thick and bubbly.
