Texas Barbecue Roll Up

(Crock Pot Meal)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. flank steak
  • 1/4 C. chili sauce
  • 1/4 C. lime juice
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 C water
  • tortilla roll ups

Directions:

Place chili sauce, lime juice, taco seasoning mix and water at the bottom of the crock pot and mix well.  Place the steak in the liquid. Set crock pot on low.  Cook for 4-6 hours turning the stead periodically.

Shred the cooked steak with two forks and pile in the tortilla roll.  Good served with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream.
