Avocado Salad with Tomatoes and Cucumbers

Ingredients:
6 Large Tomatoes
4 Cucumbers
2 Avocados
2T Olive Oil
¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
Dried Parsley
Cut tomatoes into wedges and slice the cucumbers and
avocados. Toss with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried parsley. Keep
cold until ready to serve.
