1 ¼ cups fresh berries, like blueberries or raspberries ¼ cup chopped
strawberries
¼cup chopped walnuts
6 each petite bananas
Combine all ingredients, except bananas in a bowl and toss well. Peel and split bananas lengthwise. Line 6 salad places with banana
halves (2 per plate). Top with cottage cheese and garnish with raisins, dates or
pineapple.
