Tomato, Cucumber, Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 Large Tomatoes
  • 4 Cucumbers
  • 2 Avocados
  • 2T Olive Oil
  • ¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • Dried Parsley

Cut tomatoes into wedges and slice the cucumbers and avocados. Toss with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried parsley. Keep cold until ready to serve.
