24 Wonton Wrappers
(usually in vegetable section of food markets)
4T Olive Oil
2T Sweet & Sour
Sauce
¼ Cup Soy Sauce
In a pan,
heat olive oil, sweet & sour sauce, and soy sauce until
warm. Add vegetables and mix thoroughly. Cook until vegetables
are bright and slightly tender. When cooled, add a spoonful
to each wonton wrapper. Fold the wontons down the middle
and then tuck in the sides.
