Philadelphia® Mexican Dip

Makes: 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. each

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese

  • 1/4 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Medium Salsa

  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 2 Tbsp. sliced pitted black olives

  • 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

PLACE unwrapped block of cream cheese on microwaveable plate: top with salsa, shredded cheese and olives.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until cheddar cheese is melted.

SPRINKLE with cilantro. Serve with bell pepper strips.

Special Extra
Spoon 1/2 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Refried Beans over the cream cheese before topping with the salsa, shredded cheese and olives. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until cheddar cheese is melted. Continue as directed.
