When you’re ready for dessert, cut pineapples, peaches,
and apples into slices that will fit on skewers. Moisten the slices lightly
with water and sprinkle with a little bit of sugar. Cook on a medium grill
for 3-4 minutes per side. Finish by cooling off the taste buds with some
good vanilla ice-cream.
