Grilled Fruit with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 Pineapples (save time and buy the ready-to-use cores)

4 Peaches

4 Apples

Sugar

Vanilla Ice-Cream (the best quality you can find)

When you’re ready for dessert, cut pineapples, peaches, and apples into slices that will fit on skewers. Moisten the slices lightly with water and sprinkle with a little bit of sugar. Cook on a medium grill for 3-4 minutes per side. Finish by cooling off the taste buds with some good vanilla ice-cream.
