Cheesecake Bars
 

Base:

• 1/3-cup margarine

• 1-cup flour

• 1/3-cup brown sugar

• ½ cup chopped walnuts

Mix ingredients together and press into an 8x8 square pan. Bake at 350- degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool and then add the following filling.

Filling:

• 1 egg

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• 1 pkg 8 oz. cream cheese

• 2 tbsp milk

• ½ tsp vanilla

Mix the above ingredients together and blend until smooth. Add filling to cooled base and bake for 25 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
