2 cups of finest-quality, semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons of an orange-flavored liquor such as Grande Marnier
2 cups of whipping cream
candied ginger, for garnish
COMBINE the eggs, chocolate, liquor, and 4 tablespoons of sugar in a
blender. Once the chocolate is a fine consistency, add the milk. It will
melt the chocolate and cook the other ingredients.
POUR into small bowls
or cups and refrigerate.
BEAT the whipping cream with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Place a dollop
on each serving when ready. Sprinkle each with a few bits of candied
ginger.
