Peanut Butter-Fudge Sauce
makes about 1 cup
Dip banana slices,
grapes, melon cubes or graham crackers in this sauce or serve over fruit
salad or sorbet
1 cup chocolate or
carob chips
¼ cup low-or non
fat dairy, soy or rice milk
½ cup creamy peanut
butter
Place ingredients
in a small bowl or glass or plastic measure that hold two cups.
Microwave on MEDIUM for 2-4 minutes, or until chips just being to melt.
Stir with wooden spoon or rubber spatula (do not use metal) until well
blended. If you would like a thinner sauce, you can add more milk.
Note: you can use
other nut butters, such hazelnut, soy or cashew butter, to affiliate the
peanut butter.
