Cyndi
Allison has been grilling for over thirty years. Cyndi and her
boys experiment with new outdoor recipes, and Cyndi is publishing
a cookbook for kids titled: Greasy, Grimy Gopher Guts and Other
Favorite Scout Recipes. When Cyndi isn't out in the yard cooking
up good grub, she's teaching college journalism and public speaking
classes.

burned Pop Tarts. After working in a group home after
college and cooking three meals a day as part of her duties, she
finally learned to put together a decent meal. Now, Cyndi

she'll run over you with her Harley if you don't agree.

Dr. Nancy Berkoff is a registered dietitian, food technologist
and certified chef. Her awards include some of the following: Chef of
the year, Los Angeles, Nutrition Educator of the Year (US Navy), Consumer Food
Journalist of the Year (Institute of Food Technologists), and Food Writer of
the Year (American Culinary Federation). Dr. Berkoff is one of the few
women in the United States to have been nominated to membership in the American
Academy of Chefs.

his first home nearly 15 years ago. Living on a North Carolina organic
