One of the best ways to get a good deal on an antique or collectible is to attend a special antique sale or event in your area. Dealers from all around set up at one location for a two to four day show.

Antique Shows are a great way to find a variety of merchandise in one location. Vendors may come from out of state to show their wares, giving you an opportunity to see pieces that you do not normally see in your local area. For the Antique Collector: The Highway 127 Yard Sale

Have you ever heard of the Highway 127 Yard Sale? The Highway 127 Yard Sale is probably the longest yard sale and the world’s largest garage sale. Held for four days towards the beginning of the month of August every year, the Highway 127 Yard Sale offers antiques, collectibles, and all around junk for sale and a place in heaven for the hard core antique collector.
