Why not put up some Halloween decorations, such as a witch, a black cat or a jack-o-lantern? The entryway, the kitchen and the hallway are good places for these. If you have children they are likely to want to help you. Your kids may go ahead and draw there own spooky Halloween pictures for you to hang up in your apartment. Do so proudly! Black and orange candles are likely to cast a spooky, dramatic look and feel to your kitchen, dining room or living room décor, and, if you dare, light some for a romantic soak for two in the tub in the bathroom on Halloween night!
Speaking of candles, today there is a tremendous amount of variety in the candle market and you do not even have to go to a specialty candle store to find what you are looking for anymore. Most department stores now have a candle section. Not only do candles come in loads of fun colors but they also come in lots of refreshing scents as well. Not only can you have orange candles for Halloween you can also have pumpkin-scented candles.
Some orange placemats are sure to add color to your kitchen or dining room table and are definitely going to liven things up a bit. Remember that often times it is the small details that make all of the difference. Think kitchen accessories such as dishtowels, dishrags, oven mitts, cutting boards and a floor mat.
