Let’s
face it, no matter what the reason, we all want to feel great and look the
best that we can. Unfortunately, most of us feel that we don’t have the
time to devote to satisfying this desire. I propose that we ALL have time
to be fit.
Tighten the back of your upper arm

This
squats exercise is very effective in shaping your thighs and buttocks. If
you do this exercise for 3 sets, 20 reps, two days a week, you will see
results in no time.
To
my surprise, my mother would drink very little water twenty-four hours before
stepping on the scale. She was hoping that she would see a lower number
if her body wasn’t full of water weight. What she did not understand is
that the more water you consume, the less you retain. A cleansed inner body
retains less and functions more efficiently.
