Humpty Dumpty Eggs - Scrambled Egg Recipe

Enjoy these Humpty Dumpty eggs as part of the Humpty Dumpty Mini Unit or simply because you like scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Here is a simple scrambled egg recipe. This is a great kid's recipe. Cooking with kids can be a lot of fun so get them involved in the kitchen early.

Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons of milk or water
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • olive oil

Directions:

Carefully crack the eggs and put them into a bowl. Add the milk, water and seasoning. Stir vigorously with a fork.

Heat the skillet and put in a small amount of olive oil. Turn the heat down to medium.

Pour eggs into a hot skillet. Keep stirring and turning the eggs until they are done.

You can add shredded cheese, chopped veggies or even sliced hotdogs to the scrambled eggs
