Sherry's Bio:

Sherry's passions are writing and decorating, which she has combined here, hoping to inspire others. Her hands-on experience has helped her find creative ways to decorate without spending a lot of money, and her motto is that decorating can be both tasteful and affordable.

Decorating projects and research on related topics take up a good deal of Sherry's time, but she also loves to read and tries to catch home decorating shows when time permits.

A work at home freelance writer, Sherry is happily married and the mother of four.

Sherry studied with the Institute of Children's Literature and received her certificate in 2001, although most of her writing involves home and family related topics. Print publications that include Sherry's work include Don't Sweat the Small Stuff Stories and Woman's World Magazine.

Sherry currently writes two daily columns for Families.com. Her topics are Home and Marriage. Sherry has thousands of articles published online with various sites including wiseGEEK, Constant Content, and of course Garden and Hearth.
