Strawberry Tea Smoothie

Strawberry Tea SmoothieI don’t know about you, but when I think spring and summer, I think of big red juicy strawberries…and nice cold drinks on those warm (or hot) breezy days. By taking out the ice cream and using low fat vanilla yogurt, this nice cold smoothie is not only refreshing, but healthy also.

Healthy Strawberry Tea Smoothie

*This is one of those recipes that the amounts are up to your taste and the amount that you want to make.

Add to blender:

  • 1 cup of brewed strawberry tea
  • Low fat vanilla yogurt
  • Ice
  • Fresh Strawberries

Hit the puree on the blender and blend to the consistency that you prefer. If you feel that it is not sweet enough for you, you can add substitute sugar to it. On the other hand, if you don’t feel like being healthy, you may add sugar, or omit the yogurt and replace with ice cream. It is up to you.

Enjoy!
