Inventory: Sitting tall (Indian style) in front of the mirror, pull
stomach in and raise arms to shoulder length with arms bent
at elbows (as if you are going to show off your biceps muscles).
Upper arms should be parallel with the floor.
Movement: Bring your forearms together (or almost together) in front
of your face- slightly leading with your elbows. Your whole
upper body should contract and squeeze when your elbows
come together. Then open them and return back to the starting
position. Repeat for as long as you can.
Proper Form:
Mentally concentrate on the muscles being worked
Keep your shoulders down and relaxed
Contract the muscles in upper body while doing this exercise
Breathe out as you close your arms and squeeze. Breathe
in when you open your arms
